I have a summer birthday. For those of you who also have a summer birthday you probably understand me when I lament that my birthday is often forgotten. However, I must admit that I often get an email from a friend from my past that surprises me with a Happy Birthday message. How did they remember? Well, my birthday is on 8-8. This year is very cool because it's 8-8-08 and it's also the opening ceremonies of the Olympics in Bejing. But not as cool as when I turned 16 on 8-8-88. This makes my birthday easy to remember and adds a little fun.
